Appointment of independent assessor for our 2008 AGM

Electoral Reform Services was appointed by Aegis Group plc as an independent assessor for the purposes of our 2008 AGM.

Electoral Reform Services has prepared a report on all resolutions voted on by way of poll at the AGM. The resolutions that were put to the AGM are set out in our Notice of Meeting dated 22 April 2008.
